Service Development

Services that are looking to improve and develop their service model or provision, may wish to commission a service development package. This often leads on from a service evaluation or audit but can sometimes be offered on its own on the back of an internal service evaluation.

Following a solutions and outcomes focused model, we will work collaboratively with your team to develop action plans and methods to improve performance and standards of care. This may focus on short, medium and long term goals with key performance indicators mapped out to support your service on the way.

We will utilise well researched methods and may utilise Positive Behaviour Support frameworks and competencies as benchmarks to work towards in developing goals and outcomes. The intention of service development is to enhance care provision to a high standard so that people supported and their wider networks receive the best possible support.
