Supervision

Supervision can be offered to both individuals and groups dependent on the supervision requirements and desired outcomes.

Clinical supervision is available to practitioners working in the field of behaviour analysis or behavioural psychology, specifically for those requiring ongoing supervision of practice to ensure the highest standards of care provision and support in their work. Approaches to supervision are adapted to suit the needs and strengths of the individual practitioner but follow a progression based approach intended to improve skills and confidence of the practitioner as well as ensure adherence to ethical practice standards and codes of conduct.

Consultants are also able to offer practice supervision for individuals or groups completing their accreditation process with the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA, BCaBA or RBT as well as those completing aUKBA(cert) and UKBA(cert) accreditation with the UKSBA. This is open to individuals working on the current task list of competencies for the BACB or UKSBA to be eligible to sit their respective exams as well as those who are already certified and require ongoing practice supervision in behaviour analysis.

Any practitioners who are completing practice based diploma's in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support can also access practice based supervision of assignments for courses such as the PgCert, PgDip and MSc in Positive Behaviour Support.

Supervision in all of these areas is developed collaboratively with the supervisee to ensure a strong professional working relationship and foster a shared knowledge of casework. The approach will be solutions and outcomes focused  with a specific focus on developing action plans to support professional development of practitioners in the field.
